TfG staff go through a rigorous process during recruitment ensuring that we understand all applicants potential needs for when they are in the UK.
We work sending organisations and UK placements to ensure each volunteer is supported and matching your needs. We are transparent with what we can do in supporting each volunteer and their needs.
Each volunteer and placements are allocated to a Field Officer who will work with volunteer and the placement for the enterity of saty whilst on the programme.
